Until recently, Town of Burnsville utility customers received important notifications of such things as service interruptions, water advisories, etc., on the town’s website, on the radio and its website, and through social media. In an effort to reach as many customers as possible in a timely manner, the town will be providing an additional source of notification through an automated system that will text or call customers with alerts to affected areas.

In order to optimize the service, utility customers are asked to contact the Utility Department at the Town Hall (682-2420) to share phone numbers and a preference for phone or text notifications.
