The property owner of the private lot that goes from Town Hall, over to the 4 lane, and down to McDonald’s is preparing to close a section of Court Street and the middle section of West Boulevard. Be on the lookout for barricades that will be used to close these sections to all travel as they are now private property.
The public is advised that Court Street and West Boulevard are no longer open to through traffic. When turning onto Court Street from Main Street the street remains open to property owners, tenants, and guests but there is no longer an outlet or on-street parking.
When turning onto West Boulevard from South Main, most of the Town Center parking area remains with a temporary pass through available to the upper parking area towards the Square. A project to connect the upper parking area and lower Town Center parking area as one parking lot will begin soon.
