The function of the Board of Adjustment (BOA) is to hear and determine certain quasi-judicial matters under the land use regulations (Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance) of the Town of Burnsville.
The BOA will be governed by the terms of Chapter 160D, Article 3 and 4, Article 11 of the Town of Burnsville Zoning Ordinance.
The 5 member Board of Adjustment conducts quasi-judicial hearings for the following issues:
1. Appeals from administrative decisions interpreting the Town’s Zoning Ordinance provisions;
2. Variance applications.
Regular meetings of the BOA shall be held on a quarterly basis on TBD in the Burnsville Town Hall upstairs boardroom.
